Prices, check-in and check-out:

The prices are indicated per person per night, for a minimum stay of 2 nights. During the main tourist season, the apartments are rented only for 3 nights or more. In any case, don't hesitate to request a personal offer that, whenever possible, will take into account your special requirements.

All prices include: VAT, outdoor parking, ski/bike room with a ski boot dryer, washing machine and iron, bed linen and towels with weekly change, WI-FI connection, private garden and final room cleaning.

The prices do not include the local tourist tax of Euro 2,30 per person (over 14 years old) per night.

Additional services (excluded from the apartment rate): fresh bread delivery in the morning. During the summer, it is possible to organize a barbecue evening in an alpine meadow, for a cost of 200 Euro (transfer included)

Discounts for children:

• up to 4 years: 50%
• from 4 to 7 years old: 30%
• from 7 up to 10 years old: 20%
• from 10 to 14 years old: 10%

The apartments are available from 2PM on the day of arrival until 9AM on the day of departure.

The check-in is possible between 2PM and 9PM (we kindly ask our guests to inform us in advance, if the check-in is planned outside this time window). Upon departure, guests are kindly asked to leave their apartment clean and tidy.

Booking and cancellation policy:

The booking is considered binding only after the payment of the deposit equal to 50% of the entire price of your stay. In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. Please transfer the deposit to the following bank account:

Cancellation policy:

• up to 30 days before arrival: deposit will be retained as cancellation fee;
• from 29 to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total price will be charged;
• from 14 to 3 days before arrival: 80% of the total price will be charged;
• less than 3 days before arrival or no show: 100% of the total price will be charged.

Payment modes and staying policies:

The accommodation bill can be paid in the following ways:

• in cash for a total amount of less than € 2.000,00;
• by bank transfer (in this case, the entire payment for your stay has to be transferred before your arrival);
• by credit card (VISA, Maestro, Mastercard, Euro Card) and/or debit card.

In case of late arrival, early departure or smaller number of guests, the total price of the reservation will be billed.

Guests are asked to inform the owners about visitors.

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments.

Pets are also not permitted in the apartments.

After 10:00 PM, we kindly ask our guests to keep the noise levels down

We recommend you to contact your insurance company and insure your journey against cancellation, early termination or late arrival.
